Growing the wealth of investors

The Athena Global Cautious Fund

The Athena Global Cautious Fund was established with the primary aim of providing a strategy entirely focused on growing the wealth of investors over the medium to long term in the most risk-efficient manner possible.

The Athena Global Cautious Fund is a Malta-domiciled UCITS V and will focus on blending asset classes together to enhance returns and reduce risk, such that the ‘whole is greater than the sum of the parts’. Although there are many subsets within asset classes, essentially we focus on these eight: equities, bonds, cash, property, commodities, currencies, alternatives and private equity.

The Athena Global Cautious Fund is only available to investors through their Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). and is available in Sterling, US Dollar & Euro currency classes.Investors in the funds should be willing to commit for at least five years to their investment and accept that the managers will take some risks in the pursuit of potentially higher returns than a cash investment can provide. The fund will diversify investors’ monies geographically and across a range of assets. You should be aware that the value of your investment and the income from it can fall as well as rise and is not guaranteed and you may get back less than you invested.

The Athena Global Cautious Fund is suitable for investors with a time horizon of over 5 years and who are willing to accept a higher level of investment risk to achieve the potential for equity profile returns. Consequently, the investor is willing to accept fluctuations in their capital value over the short and medium term.
